To further enhance application quality and candidate experience, we integrated Joveo’s MOJO Apply and Conversational AI chatbot into MHA’s careers site:

  • Conversational AI: Pre-qualified applicants by asking essential questions upfront, ensuring recruiters engaged only with relevant candidates.

Yoke also piloted a refined interview model (“Screening 2.0”) and proposed a Centre of Excellence approach, allowing a small, focused team to conduct structured interviews at scale.
